"Ski Kurzurlaub in toller Winterlandschaft, Zimmer etwas klein, kein Balkon, sonst alles prima, schöne Wellness Oase im Hotel mit allem, was man nach einem Ski Tag zum Relaxen braucht, Personal freundlich, würde wiederkommen, nur anderes Zimmer buchen( war allerdings eins der letzten Zimmer bei Buchung ) reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, "

- Mountain mornings begin with a sumptuous free buffet breakfast, setting the stage for alpine adventures at this upscale retreat.
"Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition.
The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"
