"Hotel was clean and inviting. Check in was friendly and quick. Room was beautiful, great view from our balcony of the harbour, comfortable bed and the bathroom was large with a fantastic shower. We had robes and slippers, wifi was strong. Restaurant had great food and friendly service. I highly recommend checking it out."

"Overall, our stay at the Century Plaza was good, with a lot of positives but a few things that I would mention for anyone wanting to stay here. The location of the property is excellent, and is very close to nearby restaurants, amenities, and public transport. Hotels in Vancouver, especially during peak season, are very expensive, and our hotel was one of the cheaper options. Despite the cheap price, we did find that the hotel was maintained quite well. We stayed in a king executive suite, and the room was very large with a ton of amenities, including shower, bath, full sized fridge, oven, pots, pans, etc. There was a very large smart TV which we were able to watch YouTube on, and the couch and sitting area was lovely. There also was a balcony, which although we didn't sit on was a nice touch and offered stunning water view and sunset view. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was a great size. There was a minor issue with the shower head slightly leaking, but it did not cause us major issues. Overall, for what we paid, we were very satisfied with our room. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they were able to accommodate our request for a room on a higher floor, along with checking in earlier at noon instead of 3PM. The main concern is noise, as the hotel is located downtown and thus were were constantly hearing sirens which affected our sleep. If you sleep heavy or this does not bother you then the hotel is otherwise an excellent choice."

"The location of this hotel was priceless!! In the middle of everything - so many restaurant choices, near the beach, near hop on hop off trolley stop. Sure the building was old but it was perfect for us! Would definitely stay here again!"

"Large and comfortable room near points of interest in downtown Vancouver's west side. They stored our bags since we arrived from airport ahead of check in time and we were able to explore the area some. Staff also provided some coupons for items in area and advise of things to do. Short one night (2 day) stay in area but we loved this area of Vancouver."
