"Nice place with excellent breakfast. The only drawback is not having the elevator for convenience, especially for persons with physical challenges! ! "

"Booked a bayview, got a view of the parking lot. Front desk said I booked a room with a kitchen, which I did not. The TV didnt work and the kitchen sink was backed up. Going to try the hotel next door next time as we need a reliable place to stay in Bremerton, as my son lives there."

"Our room on the first floor was very clean and tidy, two well made queen beds, that were firm, but not too firm -- but the pillows were kind of too soft and squishy. TV channels were limited and the bathroom/toilet area was tiny. But the breakfast room was pleasant and bright and the breakfast dishes a nice surprise with great sausage links, cheese filled egg omelets, and a waffle maker, along with the usual various pastries, juices, etc. They offered both regular coffee AND a jug of decaf, a nice surprise, as some places do not. All together, for the price of $139 plus the usual taxes, this was a good choice."

"I am unable to rate any of the amenities because we didn't stay. We booked a handicap accessible room only to find out, upon arrival, they didn't have one. No phone call, email or text before we got there. We spent the next 4 hours calling and driving around the area trying to find a room. We ended up staying 30 minutes away (rather than 5 minutes) from the hospital I was having day surgery at the next day. "

"No hot water and no communication. We had no hot water - like the hot water was turned off, it was ice cold and no faucet increased. We called, texted, and messaged through Expedia, and got no response. No one is on site. If I am paying this price for a lodge stay I expect to be able to have hot - or at the very least warm water. I didn’t want to give a bad review but I have emailed and messaged the hotel since then and only get automated responses. It was a disappointment because we like going to Vashon, but not sure we will try here again."
