This is a wonderful historic hotel that has been beautifully modernized. Our room was spacious with inspired decor. The staff was exceptionally kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Our stay was good. Hotel generally good. Rooms are small, there were no extra linens for the pull-out couch (even though we had indicated that the reservation was for three), and there was no breakfast in the morning because the chef failed to show up to work.
