"Condo was dirty and needs maintenance. The kitchen fluorescent light had so many bugs on the plastic I had to remove the plastic and clean it. Missing trim in kitchen, door hardware missing causing doors to not stay shut, extremely dusty, fireplace didn’t work, not working light bulbs, stains on tubs, missing pieces on dish washer, dishes and silverware were dirty. Some paper work said enjoy the treats we left, but didn’t leave any treats lol "

"Please check out the Clarion. You and your family will not be disappointed. There's more than one pool. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Free Continental Breakfast very clean place to stay"

"We were only there two nights, but the room was just what we needed. It was clean and spacious enough for us and our two grandchildren, ages 7 and 10. After our long drive, the shower’s great water pressure and consistent temperature were especially appreciated. The kids enjoyed the pool and all of us were able to find something we liked at the breakfast buffet. The hotel’s location was convenient to the Stampede, which is the only attraction we went to in our short time there. While not within walking distance of the strip, it was a quick and easy drive."

"Our room was nice & overall, we enjoyed our stay; however, I will never stay here again UNLESS I was given a room on the top floor. I think it was a combination of 1.) having VERY loud, unaware people staying above us & 2.) a structural issue. The family above us walked very heavy (it sounded like they were purposefully stomping around sometimes, slamming doors, opening & closing the balcony door, etc. Even when they seemed to be a little more quiet (like at night), the floorboards were really squeaky, so we could hear every step they took as they walked across their room. It was kinda miserable...They stayed up until midnight & were awake by 7:30 all 4 days we were there, so my family didn't get much sleep. We asked the office to move us to another room three time (& also asked for a refund because we wanted to find another hotel), but they refused. We slept with a noise machine & AirPods the last couple nights. Again, the room was great, the amenities were great, everything about the place was great...but if we ever go back, I will request the top floor (& we will be mindful of the people below us!!) BTW, Expedia was AWESOME about the whole thing. Once I explained the situation, they were ready to help us find another room & even called the office manager to work on getting a refund for us (which again, Still Waters refused). Even though this was in no way Expedia's fault, they gave us a credit to use toward a future trip. THANK YOU EXPEDIA!!!!"
