"There was essentially no heat on our floor. We also did not have any bath/shower water for half our sta and no hot water for the sink. When the staff was contacted about this they said the water would be off for 28 hours. When asked if they knew the water would be off and why they would put us in those rooms (we were the only ones on floor 17), they said they knew it would be and that they let us know the water would be off. I got a hotel for somewhere to sleep and shower…I could barely sleep...

"Courteous staff all very helpful. Didnt use the laundry service but if i stayed there longer i wouldve used it. Rooms were spotless and clean. Towel deliver daily. Even though i didnt use them. It was a great stay and the location wasnt too bad either. "
