Nice little room. Very clean and warm. For me it was right. I think you can stay there longer than one or two nights. There is a big kitchen and living room for all guests too. Checkin is simple but please read the instruction.

As long as you expect ULTRA basic, it's decent.

City Rooms is a really odd place to review in that if you arrived expecting a hotel, or traditional bed & breakfast as Google lists it, you'd be in for a real shock. Aesthetically, it feels more like the living space built for construction workers on long-term projects. That's not to say it's bad, but it's very very basic. The features that are there work well and everything is clean and new but it does feel like a converted shipping container filled with sleeping pods. If you're working or travelling on a real budget, it's a decent option but it's not a place for a proper vacation stay if travelling as a family, for example. My only problem from the whole stay was that the company failed to send me the access code so I couldn't get in, when I arrived very late at night. After a few long calls and a well-timed arrival of another guest, it was all sorted. In case you're wondering about the "Breakfast" part of the B&B claim, they have a vending machine with some sweets, drinks and a few microwave meals.

Avoid

While this may have been cheaper than other options, it was not worth the money. The building is like a shed located away from the main city centre. My room smelled like cigarette smoke when I arrived. I think it may have been coming in through the vents however it was overpowering and very unpleasant for a non smoker. The bathroom completely flooded from using the shower as the drain did not work properly. The room and bathroom are both very small but this was expected. The property itself is unstaffed but they are also very hard to contact as they don’t answer the phone or respond to emails. I called a number of times and the only time someone picked up they told me they would take a message and call back, however I never received a call. I wouldn’t return and would recommend finding somewhere else to stay.

Ci sono stato durante il periodo invernale per vedere l'aurora boreale. È facile per entrare tramite un codice, la stanza e il bagno sono molto puliti e il riscaldamento e acqua calda non mancano. Mi sono trovato molto bene, lo consiglio.

Svært enkel standard men alt var helt og rent. Innsjekkingsinstruksjoner fungerte godt. Ok for en overnatting. Gunstig om man har egen bil (drosje fra togstasjonen ca 250 kr), god parkering.

Väldigt varmt på rummen när det var varmt ute. Ganska lyhört, hela vårt gäng hade svårt att sova då folk gick ut och in hela natten. Annars väldigt fräscht ställe.

Billigt och helt ok, brukar det vara. Men den här gången var det lite smutsigt i toa och dusch. Toaskåpet var helt ostädat med hår och allt sånt där. Elvärmen är svår att kontrollera, det borde vara reglerat så man inte kan ändra.

Séjour très sympathique à Kiruna entre amis. Le logement n’est pas facile à trouver aux premiers abords mais est très pratique, confortable, propre, moderne et économique. Parfait pour un court séjour :)

Det var litt vanskelig å finne frem til stedet, så her kan sikkert noe gjøres med skilting fra hovedveg. Ellers var det meste i henhold til forventning, det var rent og ryddig. Såpedispenser for håndvask var tom. Når det gjelder miljø så er det negativt at man må benytte bil for å komme til ett sted å spise middag (om man ikke lager den selv).
