"Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+"

"We stayed in one of the riverside rooms with a great view from the balcony. The room was reasonably appointed and the staff were helpful. The breakfast buffet (included in the room rate) was very good. The estate is well maintained and we enjoyed the walking trails. Some of the furnishings are a bit dated."
