"This is an excellent hotel when in transit or having early flight out of Colombo. We arrived into Colombo around midnight and our transfer driver was waiting to take us to vila diva as we had arranged which was included in the rate for our stay. The next morning we were transported very promptly back to the airport for a small fee. Both the room and transport car were exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend vila diva transit hotel for quality, service, location and friendliness"

"This place is really amazing. Location is close from airport (about 15 minutes), the rooms are clean and we had the best mattress for a good night rest. The restaurant is really good and have lots of variety but the things that makes it exceptional is the owner and all the staff who works there. We had so much help to plan our trip and everyone is so helpful and gentle. We recommend 200% and we will stay there again for sure. If we could give more than 5 starts we would do it. "

"No toiletries, didn’t feel safe, it’s in a corner of the town that is hidden and hard to find. It was sketchy. There’s a net on the roof of the bathroom so anyone can come see inside from above; no privacy. People can see inside through the curtains. The staff were nice. "My wife and I arrived at Heritance Negombo and during our check in, we explained our diet concerns because of a recent operation. The front desk clerk immediately notified the restaurants staff of our no salt diet and the staff really paid attention to not only our diet but the little things to ensure our vacation will remain in our hearts for a lifetime. They are truly amazing at Heritance Negombo Hotel and we will definitely reccomend this hotel to our family and friends or anyone that coming to Sri Lanka.
