Bad customer service and communication
"Very dissapointing. We stayed in August and on our arrival the hotel was closed. There was no one on the grounds, i tamg several times and no one was picking up. Finally, i saw someone walking with bed sheets and asked if this person was working in this hotel and they confirmed. It turned out it ..."

"The WiFi in the room never worked, my room was never cleaned over the 4 nights I stayed. Bin never cleaned or changed. Towels never changed bathroom not cleaned once. Parking was good and a good price."
