If I were to be picky the beach and pool areas were too crowded meaning it was sometimes a struggle to find beds and umbrellas. On the whole though this is an excellent all-inclusive in a super luxurious hotel."

"Location was pretty good. Bus stop right outside helpful. Food generally good but could do with being hotter. À la carte restaurant was better. Maids need to clean rooms better, floors didn’t appear to be cleaned ! Water needs to be hotter too, tried showering at different times but made no difference ! Although all inclusive, mini bar limited (no wine) and only replenished every other day. Also bizarrely you had to pay extra for a bottle of water ! All spirits/wine were just local, premium brands extra."
