One staff member was outstanding, I believe their name was Vlad but I could be mistaken, was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable throughout and couldn’t do enough for us. "Recently stayed here for 1 night on a longer tour of the area. Lovely hotel in a very good location to explore the area, 40 minute drive into Triberg. Room was very clean and comfortable, staff extremely helpful and friendly and breakfast was very nice. Would certainly come back."

"Hausach is the perfect place to stay in the Black Forest and this is the perfect hotel in all respects. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the breakfast has a good choice and the evening meals of big portions and excellent value. We will certainly be back. It's a short walk to the station where you can use the free public transport within the region."
