"supposedly the hotel was going thru a renovation.. even tho I did not see any renovations happening...The hotel was a disappointment, the pool and hot tub did not work, it was nearly vacant, hvac in our room didnt work and the exterior doors did not lock for security."

"PLEASE READ THIS WHOLE POST!!!!! This was the most disgusting place I have ever!!!! Been in!!! Upon arrival I was told breakfast is a pack of cookies- well not so bad but really that's the continental breakfast lol- please keep reading- then handed the keys and the front desk guys says please let me know if that is one of the rooms that has a broken heater/ no running water or if anything is broken? I said excuse me-- he repeated verbatim what I just said. As we climbed the stairs- it serously looked like it was not ever!!!!! vacuumed- absolutely filthy and smelled terrible. We proceeded to the room with extreme hesitation opened the door to see a room with drawing on the walls, furniture that looked like it was found on the side of the road on trash day-- my children said mom the heater doesnt work and they were scared and wanted to leave-- I looked at the mattress (under the dirty sheet) and NO JOKE- it was brown- like it was dragged behind a truck! Then my children and I started to itch- FLEAS--- Seriously FLEAS--- all over our legs--- we walked downstairs handed in our keys and said how utterly disgusted we were and thatt this was unacceptable-- FLEAS--- NO REFUND!!!! my husband booked this for us in a rush and didn't read the reviews--- RUN-- don't stay here-- sleep in your car!!! Please do not go here!!! Unless your the health dept or county going to shut it down!!! Absolutely 100% the nastiest hotel/motel I have ever been!!!!!"
