I was thrilled when I checked in that the management had upgraded me to the 27th floor, which was a restricted area. I felt very special when using the elevator to get to my room. I must say having a corner room at that level and looking out your window, the view and scenery of Osaka is breathtaking. We didn’t eat at any of their restaurants because there are many less expensive options near the hotel. Unlike the hotels in Osaka city center at similar price, our room is large and has a beautiful view of Osaka Jo Hall, the Osaka Castle and the big park around it. Love the location, staff, breakfast variety. We stayed for 4 nights and missed breakfast 2 days. If we knew from the start how great their breakfast was, we would have not missed it. I got to make my own ramen, iced matcha latte, and they even have a Takoyaki station. "
