Kansai Region hotel rooms a the Solare

The room we got was spacious, with good amenities and accommodating staff. It was also a good location nearer to the temple.

My second time here and I’m so happy that the excellent service and standards of The Flag Shinsaibashi remains. Love the location, accessibility AND the staff are wonderful! Just wish we could have softer pillows (pillow menu perhaps?). Will go back again!

Very approachable staff, very accessible to shops, restaurants and public transportation

Efficient check-in, attentive staff. My MIL left her camera at the lobby and they were responsive when contacted via the hotels.com app. Location is walking distance to Dohtonbori and Kuromon market. Good places to eat nearby as well. 10/10 would recommend. They also provided kawaii kiddie slippers for my son. So thoughtful. No english tv channels though but it dont matter :)

location is near the train station. Love the breakfast. And social hour after a long day walking it was relaxing.

Directly connected to Kansai airport.
