"Staying at Idle awhile cliff is a great stay, however be aware of the very idle vibe. Things are extremely relaxed. Most people go out for dinner in the evenings, so staff is normally gone by 7pm on the dot. "Having the upgraded Platinum room category and butlers is a must. The resort was busy and the restaurants are understaffed so they dont actually fill all the tables so if you dont have a butler reservation you are kind of out of luck. It was kind of crazy actually. Our butlers were Shay Shay and Questos. They were AMAZING. Always ready to take care of us morning and night. The platinum level pool is great and the platinum buffet was nice for breakfast and lunch as the big buffet was a zoo. The beach is not great as it's man made. The pools and water park are very good so if you're a pool person you will like it. The biggest issue is lack of staff all over the resort. I know the hurricane really set them back but it will take many months before they are able to get the service up to par. We went two families with 4 adults and 4 kids and the lack of a nice beach made it difficult some days."
