"I purchased a really affordable last minute trip on Expedia to White Sands. I have passed this property several times doing my Negril visits. The staff was professional, the beach was great, the food and drinks were good. The room was very basic, clean, cold A/C, hot water, refrigerator and balcony."

"The staff was amazing and fun! House keeping is unreal never seen a bug on the hole property even a fly. Unreal clean loved that! The excursions was pricy but wonderful. The only hiccups was the closing time for the pool which was 5:30, if u pay for the amenity u should b able to use it the whole time ur there no matter what time, that was my main no no; the restaurants, paying for all inclusive should mean all inclusive, u should not have to make a reservation and pay for any of the hotel services especially since it wasn’t mentioned in any of the descriptions for the hotel’s explanation of services, after paying the all inclusive price; and the complementary bottle of bubbly, I was positive I was supposed to get one w the all inclusive price but I never did. They gave me a complimentary rum drink but no bottle popping happened after getting to the room which was disappointing, only reason I never mentioned it was because I had lost the description of service page and didn’t want to be wrong or a bother. But I should’ve cause if u pay for it u should receive it.But over all the food was unbelievable and so were the ppl and view of the whole place was as well, so this stay is a win!!!"

"Overall I had a great stay, but it’s not at the top of my list of resorts to go back to. Pros: The beach is incredible! Velvety white sand, crystal clear but somehow still beautifully blue water, perfect temperature. They keep the beach very clean. There are plenty of beach chairs and they have a floating pad on them so you can float in the ocean. The restaurant food for dinner was delicious no matter which one we chose. MOST water sports are included. Snorkeled twice and did a catamaran ride for free. They do expect tips on these. Cons: The food for every meal except dinner is mediocre at best. It’s really hard to find something decent to eat during the day. There is also no late night food. They say that diving is included, but it is only if you’re certified. You can do the class in the pool for free, but it costs $80 per person to dive The service isn’t very good. We did have an occasional server that was very attentive, but overall, the service really lacked. It was quite difficult to get a drink refill, especially on the beach. Food takes a very long time to come out, even at lunch. We were often not even acknowledged when approaching the towel hut or veggie bar. Some people might not care about this, but there is almost no music at the resort. Sometimes they play music at the pool bar, and outside of that, there is no music in the bars, at the restaurants, at the pool, etc unless they are doing an entertainment activity that is music."
