"Amazing Hotel. This should be a 7 star hotel. The staff and management are so welcoming, polite and they made our stay very comfortable. They had a Baklava event, we enjoyed socialising and eating lots of delicious baklavas. Thank you!"

"This is a very good hotel in the Al Salama neighbourhood of Jeddah. I was allowed a slightly early check in by fron staff, Samih, who was very kind and considerate. On the day of my check-in, however, there were wifi range issues. But Faazil, the IT manager fixed it well after some follow ups from my end. The breakfast staff was very welcoming. Food was okay; the staff at the live counter were very prompt. It's an easy location for Uber drivers to find. There's an Al Baik takeaway store right opposite the hotel. Fairly good location if you want to avoid the more expensive hotels near the Corniche or closer to Al Balad. This one's reachable within 20-25 minutes from both."
