"The view out the window was unattractive. The center court had trash from the apartments above. Other than the bathroom sink stopper sticking shut, the room was clean and adequate. Pretty "shady" characters on adjacent streets, especially in the evening. Nonetheless, the location was very convenient. I would stay at ERMASS again"

"This hotel was both gorgeous and convenient! Just blocks away from the Acropolis and Plaka. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend if you're looking for a place to stay in the heart of Athens!"

"Superior room disappointing. No double bed just two singles pushed together. Shower did not regulate temperature and shower head fixing ineffective. Executive lounge 'nibbles and drinks' poor and very disappointing. Sunbeds in pool area need to be monitored to stop guests putting towels down and disappearing for hours! Sadly location very poor. Neighbourhood rundown and unsafe."

The design is lovely, showing a real eye for detail with beautiful colors and thoughtful decor throughout.The staff were incredibly helpful and caring, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. One of the highlights was definitely the food—breakfast was delicious and the restaurant is simply wonderful. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!"
