"Everything was perfect but what stood out was the club. It’s the best thing that a high quality hotel should have. It makes us independent when we need some water, coffee or snacks or even to work late night( jet lag). "

"The advertising was incredibly fraudulent and stated 2 adults were staying. When I checked in the gentlemen said only one person made reservations and my husband was placed in the lobby and told he could sleep in the lobb as long he looked to be sitting up. I want a full refund and credit for a day as this had been horrific. After waking up my husband at 5:30 AM l in the lobby he was told he needed to be up."

"The room and the property were very clean and had all the basic amenities. Check in and out was a breeze. This was definitely a great value for the price paid. The neighborhood isn't great, but if you just need a good, clean, and affordable place to sleep, then I would certainly recommend this Haven Inn."
