"We recently stayed at the Novotel Hotel Edinburgh Park while celebrating a 40th wedding anniversary, and I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel is very pleasant and well-situated, making it easy to locate. After arriving at Edinburgh Waverly, I hopped on the next train to Edinburgh Park, and upon exiting the station, I spotted the mall across the road. The hotel was less than a 4-minute walk away, which was manageable even with a suitcase and in windy conditions.
The amenities around the hotel are fantastic, with options like KFC and Costa coffee just a short stroll away. If you want to head into Edinburgh city, simply walk back to the station for either a train or, in my case, a tram ride that costs only £8.50 for a return trip.
The hotel room we stayed in was large and comfortable, with no issues whatsoever. Although the bar closed early, the staff at reception, especially Guillaume and Iryna, were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, ensuring we were well taken care of.
Overall, I can’t recommend the Novotel Hotel Edinburgh Park enough. It made for an enjoyable stay and contributed to a wonderful anniversary celebration. Hats off to the entire team!"
