"Room was super comfortable. The pool was super nice. Wish the steam shower was working but that's okay without breakfast. Could definitely use better options. The fancy toaster doesn't toast just get a regular toaster. They work so much easier lol and the sausages didn't taste right and the hash browns were really greasy and undercooked"

The check in process was seemless but staff members acted childish and not how I expected in front of a client. On the way to my room the hall floors were very dirty. In my room the room itself was clean but the heat did not work, as well as the windows"

"Very expensive nightly rate ($300+/night) for a hotel that did not have a breakfast included, has had a lipstick renovation, did not clean our room on the Saturday (even though we were gone all day and did not request they skip cleaning), had one of its two elevators on the fritz, and had its front desk staff competing for recognition based on their “welcome spiel” instead of helping guests with needs!"
