"The ryokan and the area surrounding it was absolutely beautiful. The staff are very kind and will take the time to assist as much as possible, even with the language barrier. Breakfast and dinner is included. A free shuttle is available for pickup/dropoff between 2 stations at certain times, inquire when making the reservations. There’s a lack of inexpensive eateries in the hotel itself, but there are various places within walking distance that have more economical dining options. For families traveling with babies, they do provide a crib (it was an Aprica pack and play sort of deal, and we have one at home so it was familiar to our baby). The view from the room was amazing as we had a corner room that overlooked the bay, and it was a rather large room. We enjoyed our brief stay, and we would be happy to come back again in the future!"
