"I was very pleased with my stay at Serena Nairobi. As a solo female traveler, I took advantage of paying for an airport transfer the evening I arrived. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. I got room service at like 1am that evening, too, and the attendant was kind as well. The property is gated and I felt very safe within. I had a spa treatment after a long day visiting the Nairobi National Park and I wasn't disappointed. I tried out the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room as well. All were nice and clean. The spa staff were very attentive. The lobby was large but welcoming with different sitting spots. The outdoor space was nice as well. I only spent two nights but the room was thoughtfully laid out with wall cabinets, mini fridge, clean bathroom, and a very comfortable bed. I wasn't able to eat at the restaurants, just have some afternoon tea in the private lounge for hotel guests. Overall, I recommend the hotel and I hope to be able to stay for longer in the future."

"The pool is heated, and property safe/clean/lovely. The staff is great, and there are good vegetarian options in the restaurant. We appreciated being able to get a late checkout, and storing luggage while we went on safari. We would stay there again!"

"This is a glorious place to stay when in Nairobi. It’s just a tranquil oasis with incredibly friendly staff, amazing food (we’re vegetarians), and astonishingly spacious comfortable rooms. We had a huge balcony which overlooked beautiful trees and were woken up by bird song every morning. The facilities are great - swimming pool, health club, etc. But it is the staff that make us feel so welcome and at home… Samson at reception was especially thoughtful and engaging and I had great conversations with driver David. "
