The staff are all very friendly and helpful and excellent customer experience. The food is great- brilliant breakfast selection, great pub food in poet’s corner with live traditional Irish music in the evenings and had my best dinner for a long time in the Town House

Easily the worst overnight stay I have encountered anywhere in my travels. We had no working water heater the first 24 hours so none of us could shower. The floors were sticky.
