"Great location in Cong. Close to everything. Parking wasn't a problem. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. The only advice is that they don't have an elevator/lift. If you're on the second floor, you will have to haul your luggage up a narrow flight of stairs. Also, like most places in Ireland, no wash clothes. "

Some small maintenance issues with the room, like a burnt out light by the door/bathroom and a sticky door lock (had to make sure the door was closed and locked). We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. "

"We arrived on Tuesday this week and checked out today at Noon. The arrival was first class. Staff were friendly and attentive. The room 540 was excellent being in a quieter area on the second floor with a courtyard view. Room amenities were excellent. The restaurant was very good with great staff attention to detail. The only fault I had was that my fillet steak was well done when I asked for medium. The staff were very apologetic. The bottle of red wine was served and not what was ordered. Again not the waitress fault. We drank it anyway. There was no deduction from the bill for either mistake. The siting of the hotel was very central to the town with parking on site. There was a spa and leisure club which we did not use as my wife had a cold. Well done. We will return."
