"Everyone was helpful, accommodating and very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Car parking in rear lot saved us lots of time not having to look for parking spots. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Kelvingate Park was a beautiful walk through. The hotel was only 5 minutes from the M8."

"Proximity to Glasgow Airport is a short walk across the street. Beds were comfy. We had a delicious burger & sweet potato fries in their restaurant and it was perfect. We asked for a fan for our room and one was brought up promptly. Good sleep and didn’t hear planes."

"Great location just a block off the pedestrian only city centre walking areas. Really good for parking too - underground lot entered into from behind the hotel just be ready for those wicked switchbacks going from floor to floor. Rooms good, bar area very nice, strong breakfast with haggis and potato scones available and good."

"Will absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Glasgow. Location is perfection. Room was just what we needed - spacious and with the small kitchenette we were able to have simple breakfasts and some other meals in when we wanted. Could have done without the fire alarm going off late one night and having to go stand on the street for 45 minutes until the fire brigade arrived but the alarm worked, so that’s the critical part anyway! And with three lifts, it didn’t take long to get all guests back up to their rooms once the building was cleared. Only used the laundry room once but it was very busy with a lineup (just two washers and two dryers available) so just need to consider that and time it out accordingly."

"A lovely place, fabulous room, wonderfully convenient in terms of the city centre....shame one of the lifts was out of action on Sunday causing a back log queuing for the them. Also not a fan of having to pay additionally for the parking."
