Very clean, safe, modern and a great location for Kiel or the ferry. Parking was easy using the Q Park. Would definitely recommend and come again. We used the hotel for breakfast sometimes but there are lots of places in walking distance round the water too. Perfect for a family or couples. Staff are very friendly and helpful

Fantastic stay with family.

Very nice rooms, smart foldaway beds and sofa. Very spacious. Mini kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, nespresso machine (take your coffee caps), brand new interiors and bathroom. Just steps away from main train station, piers and shoping around the corner. Also nice bar downstairs.

Very friendly at check in. Room was nice and cool when we arrived. Beds for the kids were already set up. Very clean room and was perfect for our one night. Restaurant downstairs was very good for dinner and the included breakfast was just what we needed. Easy walk to the train station.

Excellent place to stay

Everything was excellent. The motel was very convenient to the ferry terminal , train station. Supermarket was just across the street. Hotel staff were very friendly. The room was absolutely spotless, the cleaners do a terrific job. Very modern furnishings. Bonus was the buffet breakfast which was included in the price. Overall an excellent place to stay.

The location was great-Within walkin-distance from the train station, shopping, restaurants and the harbor. The breakfast (extra cost) was just ok. The hotel was clean but it is a budget hotel. The room was tiny, the bed not comfortable and the toiletries very minimal (conditioner wasn’t even available upon request). They provided two nespresso capsules for two people and two nights; additional capsules would have cost extra. They don’t refresh the room daily. That’s all in line with a low cost hotel but when we stayed rates were high. Note that the hotel reception is rarely attended but the reception from the ibis hotel then serves this hotel. Both hotels are in the same location and share the same breakfast area.

An Well Appointed Apartment

An excellent apartment with all amenities, fridge, crockery, pots, jug etc. 26 car spaces are available, but note the entrance is 50 metres before the public car park. Located in the middle of the city within easy walking distance of a super market. Highly recommended.

Ok hotel.

Got an email saying check-in was between 15 and 18:00, and we had to call reception for late arrival. Tried to call all afternoon but nobody answered the phone. As it turned out, the hotel Ibis next door could handle the check-in. Otherwise no problem. Room was clean. Parking was difficult as the parking garage next door at the Kiel Casino was full, and there was no street parking available.
