"When I checked in, I gave them $50 on my charge card for incidentals, which I did not use. I assumed they would use it in case there was any damage to the room like other hotels do, and there was none. I arrived home to find they processed it for no reason. I would like a refund immediately. They did immediately refund my $50, and I appreciate it. "

"My expectations are never high for a small motel, but I would definitely stay at this Microtel again. The rooms were small but very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was basic continental, but they had plenty of fresh options...and the eggs weren't powdered. Everything was quite nice."

"Heater didn’t work had to change rooms. Pet charge was high. Doors stuck - hard to open outside door. Nice host at front desk but thick accent. When we had to move to another room they didn’t offer us any help. They made it look like it was our fault the heater didn’t work. Pet charge at nicer places was $15 but it was $25 here. Really adds up for each night and they don’t have to do anything for that $25."

"Room was clean and stocked! The front desk was helpful, friendly and attentive. The breakfast is like all other continental breakfasts. Eggs, sausage, waffle maker, bread selection and fruit. Just a few miles down the road is an array of fast food selections. We ate at a small Hispanic restaurant within walking distance. It was delicious. "
