"Buyer beware. Our room was water damaged from a storm, wet carpet, wet mattress, wet sheets and the stench was appalling. Due to festival no alternate accommodation was available in Berry, Kiama, Wollongong. We braved it for 1 night and cancelled our second night as the room was uninhabitable. Despite promising a refund, they later said the terms and conditions stated refunds were not an option, even though the room was uninhabitable and not fit for purpose.
