"The property was very spacious, with air conditioning in every room and the living area — perfect for the warm Petra weather. The host, Ali, was incredibly kind, generous, and always quick to respond via WhatsApp. The location is great — the market is within walking distance, and Petra’s main entrance is just 5 minutes away. "The camp is off of a dirt road but there are signs to direct you to it. They were very friendly and helpful at check-in. Buffet dinner is only served at 8 pm and no other food is available so come prepared to wait to eat. Food was delicious. Breakfast was also good. "

"If you want a true Jordanian experience this is the place for you. The hotel staff make you feel like part of the family. We found the stay a very humbling one. The accommodation is basic but that is clear prior to booking. the bathrooms are very good, clean and have hot water etc. Views from the room are exceptional. and the hosts are very friendly and will arrange you Dana treks and other services for you if required. "
