"We loved our stay at the Welcome. The staff from front desk, dining, housekeeping and the greeting team were all very pleasant and welcoming. Names to be mentioned are Suraj, Sujata, Suprabhat, Bhavna and Kashmir. I may have missed some names but everything was great including the food. Thank you everyone for making our stay memorable "

"I found the service to be poor and the staff significantly undertrained. Specifically, I encountered cockroaches in the restaurant area, and when I brought this to the attention of your staff, they walked away without a word. Additionally, the shower door in my bathroom was broken. The level of service provided does not reflect the price paid. I strongly suggest that the hotel invests in proper staff training and property maintenance to address these hygiene and facility issues. "

"The rooms were clean and well maintained, hotel facilities like wi fi, lift, swimming pool were very convenient. We enjoyed together in the pool. Location is in the main area, near the sea which we liked very much."
