Hotel located in a residential area. Japanese drums banging every evening till late night. Dogs bark at 230am, 340am, 440am and sometimes other odd times. Room is spacious but so called hot water is luke warm. Property is not equipped for disable persons as there is no elevators. Breakfast is very simple with instant coffee only. Only positive thing is staff is nice and friendly.
