"Definitely not 5 star customer service in terms of handling matters, but other than that everyone was very polite, room was not properly cleaned and instead of giving us another room, they had us wait for housekeeping to clean it up again. Room service took 30 minutes to bring one tea, mind you hotel is not even half full, we had to cancel the order because it was getting way too late. "Facilities were great - nice pools. Hotel is newly fit out and very clean. Room was very small - smaller than you’d expect in nyc or London. Two adults with suitcases and we had no floor space left at all… Service wasn’t great - we asked for help booking a guide and every day we went to reception and they hadn’t managed to find someone or had forgotten. They tried to charge us extra on check out (we pre paid for our room and paid city tax on check in). Bar service and selection was poor...
