"Although we enjoyed our stay here the overall impression of the hotel is that it really needs updating. The rooms were tired, with many issues such as dated curtains that were either open or closed. As we had a ground floor beach front villa this gave little/no privacy if the curtains were open. Net type curtains in the main bedroom at least would have improved this. The air-conditioning, although worked well, broke down whilst we were staying and leaked lots of water onto the bedroom...

"The room and hotel was just okay . Buffet breakfast was very limited. No egg station, no bacon, no yogurt., things that are in most other buffets even in Chanthaburi. A couple dishes in warming trays but all the food was cold or luke warm. No safe in the room, no iron available at the hotel when requested. Best part of the hotel is the swimming pool which was clean, large and also has a jacuzzi section in the pool."

"I enjoyed four nights in a bungalow on the front line of Kae Bae beach. The accommodation was very comfortable and it was such a pleasure to look directly out to the beach and water from the front door. And there was a lovely porch there to sit on and enjoy the scenery. In addition, the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The town area is just a 6-7 minute walk away, but a concierge was available to take me in a cart. "Amazing Villa with access directly to the Beach. The resort was well presented, clean and spacious well set out. Staff were very friendly and nothing was a problem. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of both Western and Thai dishes. Villa was always kept spotless, thank you to the Housekeeping staff. Groundsteam did a fantastic job, cleaning up the beach every morning and also around the resort."

"We loved the pools and the view from the hotel across the beach and out to sea. The staff were incredibly lovely and the splash pool and slide a hit with the kids. The morning yoga was wonderful the restaurant food was good too. The only downside for us was that the property is in need of some renovation. Broken tiles in beach pool, proves missing their thatching, our outdoor shower was unusable as filthy and in poor condition. The indoor shower was a handheld standing or sitting in bath so not ideal."
