"Room was clean and comfortable with everything I needed. Has a nice outdoor area with pool, but water was very warm and not refreshing, unfortunately. Staff was nice, and breakfast was acceptable. Good option if looking for a cheaper option away from the beach and close to Busch Gardens Tampa"

"I was very happy with my stay at the Westin Tampa Bay. My friend and I arrived at the hotel around 11:30 am and the staff was able to accommodate our request for early check-in. I was only in town for less than 24 hours so getting in early was a big deal to me and helped us a lot. Thank you."

"Loved my stay here! It’s a perfect distance from downtown, Riverwalk, and Raymond James. Concierge was hit or miss in terms of customer service, but I’m still grateful to have been upgraded to a suite on the house. If I’m ever back in Tampa, I would definitely stay here again. "

"Free breakfast is not really “breakfast”. Just some bread, fruits, bagels and sausage and eggs that doesn’t look fresh. I saw the server holding a plastic Tupperware with prepared before hand egg omelet with cheese on it. I just ended up having just a coffee. The room and property were good. No airport shuttle is a minus for me."

"The hotel was clean and wonderful. The staff were extremely friendly. The only reason for a couple of my low ratings is because the daily mandatory resort fee didn’t really get us much. If you want beach chairs or cabanas, you need to pay additional fees. "

"Amazing hotel and experience. The rooms were clean spacious with great views, the staff was excellent and really on top of everything. The food at every restaurant that we ate at on the property was amazing. And their amenities between the pools and the fire pits and everything else was just incredible. Although they don't have a private beach, which would've been nice, there's easy access to the public beach, right next-door, which then rents umbrellas and cabanas."
