The staff were nice. The rooms were very dated and need remodeling. Carpet was dirty on the stairs and things like the bathroom had several scratches on the cabinets, corners looked grimy along with the main door. Old room keys were used, no housekeeping was provided. The resort has a nice pool and dock area. You will need a rental car or golf cart before it’s a distant from many of the attractions.

Jenny the manager was very responsive when we had questions. Resort was nice with comfortable beds; we had a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with full kitchen. Kitchen had everything! Definitely would stay again.

Property was very quiet and located away from all the hustle and bustle but yet very close to everything. All attractions including multiple beaches were only a short drive away. Rooms were nice. Great property on the water at the Marina . 2 salt water swimming pools and a nice hot tub . Best to rent bikes and go the Stock Island for lunch or dinner. Also can rent kayaks at Stock Island.

Great Coconuts

Very comfortable,clean and secure. Perfect location for all your needs. Unique in amenities. Nice swimming pool with spa. Marina was a pleasant surprise. Fishing is allowed. Our only disappointment was the toiletries. Very watered down and of poor quality. Next time we bring our own. We will be back each time we visit Key West.

We had a great time. The property was clean and It was easy to pick up our keys. The restaurant didn’t seem to be opened while we were there but that didn’t bother us. It’s close to a ton of other places to eat. Location is good. It’s away from the busy streets and right on the water but close enough to grab a bike and head down to Duval. We will be back!
