"Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent beach access and amenities. Smallish pool and jacuzzi. We spent the entire time on the beach though - water was amazing."

"Our room and the property were extremely clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful (special shout out to Carlos at Flippers for being excellent). We had such a nice time at the beach and outdoor pool area, our teens rented jet skis and kayaks, and parents were able to relax on the waterfront. "

"The location of the property is nice, overlooking the ocean, but is seriously in need of maintenance! The room was large and situated in a secluded area of the facility, which we enjoyed, but trying to locate the room with the way they have the rooms numbered was annoying. Breakfast, if it qualifies as that, was sparse at best. On a positive note, the restaurant next door, Snappers, was wonderful! "

"We booked this place the day of our stay so we didn’t except much. It TIR out to be perfect for our one night stay in the keys. It has a great restaurant and very large rooms. The kitchen was perfect for preparing our own breakfast. We’d definitely recommend it. "

"First, the room is ok. But, the coffee maker does not work and the cleaning lady has to bring coffee maker from another empty room. This is happened to both rooms that we reserved. Second, this hotel do not provide bottled water. You have to get drink water from the bath room and the fountain water locate at another building. Third, the WIFI is so weak and slow. It will take 1 minute to load a web-page and you can forget about video stream. Finally, I have to say that this Holiday Inn is the worst Holiday Inn that I have ever stayed. Also, a terrible thing happened to my credit card. My bank Told me that there are so many charged (total $1000+) appeared on my credit card from this Holiday Inn that I did not charged. My bank has to close my credit card and send me a new one. My bank has already started a Fraud Investigation on these charges. "

"All rooms of our suite were clean, the living room furniture appeared new, the front desk staff was exceptionally friendly, plenty of on site parking and the views from the balcony were enjoyable due to the beauty of the area, as well as passing boats. It was a bit noisy due to music and voices carrying over the water but not too late."
