"Beautiful hotel - lot of amenities for both kids and adults. My only complaint was the server / bartender in the beach bar. Food came out quick but was cold. My son wanted a side of ranch with his tenders and I was dine with my fish tacos before we got either our drinks or the ranch. The server said the bartender was solo and that was the issue but while I was standing at the bar waiting to ask about our drinks he walked over to a group who just sat at the bar, while I was waiting to ask, and served them. Other than that NO complaints at all"
"Fine but not special. Room was overall clean, except for small stains on the sheets and a very strong deodorizer smell in the carpet. Pool was nice but small and cluttered around it. Air conditioning was wonderful! Staff had a call on speakerphone the entire check in time. To be fair the manager did try to call me 2 days later, but by then I didn't care to move rooms."
"I would definitely stay here again because I liked everything about the property except the condition of some things. Location was great. Beach area was nice. Breakfast was great. The outdoor bar area was nice. Pool area was good. If they could address the room condition issues it would be a great hotel. The sliding glass door locking devices were falling apart. The room decor needs a refresh. They should provide a room safe. The access assist shower allowed water to flow onto the bathroom floor creating a hazard. It would be good to provide room numbers on the outside patios because at times it’s hard to find your room because they can all look alike. They should get better “do not disturb” signs for door knobs since the ones they have fall off everytime you close the door."
"Check in was easy and the man at the front desk was fantastic. However, the room was not clean. There were SEVERAL bugs crawling all over the wicker nightstand and onto the bed. There was hair all over the bathroom and shower floor. The bedroom floor was also not clean and filled with old clothing tags, water bottle caps, along with basic dirt, dust and grime. We vacated the property and stayed elsewhere."
