"The folks at the counter, and the concierge desk were always so helpful and pleasant. There was a different person at the concierge desk every day, it was nice to get different opinions from them. The front desk crew were always smiling, and making sure we got our cookies! Yummy! We were very fortunate to have your restaurant server, Wu Yan on our last night before heading home. Very nice. He is an asset to your organization. And the shrimp Alfredo was the creamiest. One of the best I’ve ever had. Had the breakfast buffet only on one day. There was a nice selection. Our room was very comfortable, the beds were wonderful. Liked having the bench and table. It came in very handy. Loved having the coffee pot in the room, and it made a good cup of coffee. My only complaint is the lights in-between the beds. They were nice enough to look at, but I like to read in bed at night and my partner wants to sleep. The lighting was terrible for reading. The shuttle was a wonderful addition! Knowing that we didn’t have to worry about getting back-and-forth from downtown, or the airport was a great relief. We’re already talking about when we couldn’t come back."

"We had an amazing stay! The staff was so courteous and accommodating from start to finish. They even surprised us with a bottle of champagne and a sweet note for our anniversary, which meant so much to us. The room was clean and spacious, with plenty of toiletries, and we even had a patio with chairs overlooking the pool, which we loved. The pools were clean and there were plenty of things to do for both the kids and the adults. Overall, we’re very happy with our stay and would definitely come back!"

"The staff was wonderful, the free offers like smoothies and churros, and free alcoholic beverages were all so delicious. The shuttle service was also great, and the drivers were super friendly, giving reccommendations for great local places to eat, and talking about city history. Not to mention both the city and the hotel were spotless! Absolutely stellar visit and I'll be certain to come back again."

"It’s great to have a spacious suite with a large balcony. However, the location right on the main road does not lend itself to a peaceful stay. My balcony was very close to the road and right above the parking lot. In addition, there were ghost ants in the kitchen screwing around every time we turned on the lights. More attention needs to be given to dishware – many pieces appeared to be quickly wiped down, not fully clean. More attention to quality control would be good. Given these drawbacks, rates were extremely overpriced for the experience. Covered parking was a plus, and front desk staff were very welcoming."

"Check in person was polite with me he advised elevator was not working and did suggest helping with my luggage. Room looked clean but screaming GERMS SHEETS AND BLANKET dingy felt like sand was in it. I caught an allergic reaction. I had to take Benadryl that next morning. To clam the hives and break out . I went to the front desk. I spoke with Miss McKenzie and supervisor on staff. Which did not care to accommodate me with any results. I advised of nasty condition. I also sent a text message as advised to housekeeping but still not clean, but they’re not changed. Sheets still will not change after five hours and not to mention television did not work. A technician came out five hours later to work on television, which took an hour fix ! After COVID I thought cleanliness would have been priority ! No one apologized or accommodated me for such a disgusting stay. "

"There was confusion on the reserved dates. We were scheduled to arrive on Friday for two nights but should have been scheduled for Saturday arrival until Sunday. When we arrived on Saturday, the evening staff was rude and unhelpful because this was booked through Expedia. They would not move our dates even though they weren't completely booked on Friday so they were losing no revenue. So we paid for 2 nights for less than a 24 hour stay. In addition there were bugs all over the counters on the bath and kitchen. It was an overall awful experience."
