Overall, I wouldn’t pay that amount of money to stay there again, but once to experience the pools and beach was fine. Pools are beautiful, beach is beautiful. "

"One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I mistakenly booked the wrong date and immediately reached out—both directly and through Expedia —to request a simple cancellation or date change. I even made a new reservation for the correct dates, yet the hotel made zero effort to assist. No reply. No acknowledgment. Nothing. For a hotel that presents itself as upscale, this level of disregard is unacceptable. I would seriously reconsider staying here based on how poorly they handle even the simplest customer requests."
