"The property is very good and maintained. It is newly built property launched in Sept 2024. The staff is still trying to make the stuffs convenient to the guests. Swimming pool was dirty with Haze water and a lot of seasonal insects into it. Some of the guests were enjoying in the pool wearing street cloths and night wears. "The stay was good; however, my ratings are based on value for money. I felt that for the same price, I would have had a better experience in the Fern or similar properties. Specifically, there is nothing much in terms of facilities - there is a small Gym and a swimming pool. Full stop. Several of the staff seem to be interning there and obviously don't have much of a say - including simple requests for two key cards. They obliged with two cards for one room but refused for the other. One would expect that such facilities have some common room with some Chess or carrom but was not available - As I said, the property was ok, but when considering value of money, it was not up to the mark."
