"We enjoyed a wonderful short stay at Milton House. Communication by the owner Jo was excellent throughout - from the initial booking to departure. The location is wonderful - within a lovely small village with spectacular scenery, friendly people, and several choices of eateries The accommodation itself is maintained immaculately. You won’t be disappointed.

"What can I say. Our stay was one of the best, if not the best stay I have ever had. I love this hotel. Beautiful grounds, beautiful food, beautiful building. I want to give a special mention to Thomas and Flo on reception. They were incredible. Breakfast to go was ready for 5.00am (we were hiking the three peaks) and nothing was too much for these two staff. Flo was so helpful and friendly and Thomas was such a delight to deal with. The spa: WOW! Pricey but worth it. Wonderful. I’ll see this hotel soon! "
