"We loved it here, had a a good couple of nights with friends. Beautiful apartment, amazing mattresses and pillows, very quiet environment. The pool wasn’t open and some work was happening but you can tell it’s going to look amazing once they put it all together and summer prep work is expected at this time of year. Kara was fab and we met a super helpful housekeeper who is doing a degree who was a literal walking tourist information centre. Great atmosphere all round ."

"Lovely host, great caravan park with excellent staff and the pool had a Slide, was clean, polite lifeguards and even inflatables… My kids love a caravan, weve stayed at many parks and I didn’t know much about Felixstowe holiday park until I booked there last minute… It was great… shop within a couple of minutes outside of the park, amusements within and outside the park, beach, viewing point to see the ships etc. highly recommend. "

"Not the apartment I was expecting but very nice nonetheless - had expected ground floor apartment as travelling with older relative who has some mobility issues - access via very steep stairs. We were lucky with street parking but this could be an issue, probably best to book parking with landlord for extra cost. Older relative would have appreciated non-slip mat in shower. "Staff were excellent and the breakfast was very nice. A little further away from Portman Road than I thought, but there were good transport options and the staff explained the best way and things worked out really well. A very friendly group of people working here from manager, to reception and bar. Thank you."

Great stopover

"Booked as a stopover heading to Ipswich for the Ed Sheeran concerts. So pleased I booked this hotel. The staff were friendly. The room was excellent. The breakfast was extremely good & they also offered bags to take it away. Would definitely go back here again "

"Have seen this hotel come up a few times and thought i would try it when i was working in the area. Being a golf club it has lots of extras, gym, spa, pool etc. The gym was well equipped with the latest tech, the pool area was lovely with a jacuzzi ,steam and sauna room. Clean changing rooms with ample lockers. The room was spacious with one of the largest beds ive seen, decent amenities, tea,coffee n biscuits. Great bathroom and shower. The restaurant was nice, the food was decent with plenty of options and great prices. A great place to stay and i will return. "
