"The room was sticky and humid, had the air conditioner set to 69 and still did not cool, we were miserable the entire night. The ceiling fan light did not fully turn off, so was hard to sleep being sticky and with the light on. The fan also was not cooling at all. Ending up checking out a day early to stay somewhere more comfortable. Was not given a refund for the night. Overall terrible experience. Also one of the ladies is the from had a bit of an attitude. Will be sure and tell anyone going to Fredericksburg to not stay at this Inn. "

"The walls at this hotel are quite thin and I could hear the person in the next room snoring. The room was minimalist, older but clean. Breakfast was fresh and had a decent variety. The parking is a little tight to be near my room. It is convenient and easy to find immediately off the Highway. The front desk staff were stiff and not very sociable and not engaging to provide information. The grounds look adequately maintained"
