"I did not really use any amenities. The room appeared clean but smelled bad. Moldy i think. It was bearable but bad if you were gone for a bit. The attention for detail is lacking. No latch on the shower door but it did drag enough at the bottom to stay closed. Overall it was a ok place to sleep and shower. One last thing i want to gripe about is the cable system. It seems like every place i stay has this “premier” cable. I am not smart enough to apply the guide to the channels. The numbers don’t jive. I’ve complained enough. The personal was great and the bed was super comfortable ."

"What I didn’t like was all the information they had to have from me to check in like my make model of my car license number color of car I did the online check-in so they had to have a picture of my drivers license to finish it. I don’t think they need all that stuff. Then when I got there, I still had to do paperwork sign my name initial stuff. I stayed at the Fairfieldin Whitsett North Carolina a month ago. I showed them my drivers license. They asked me if the credit card they had on file is what I wanted to use and that was it I was checked in. I won’t stay at Holiday Inn again."

"My husband and I overall had a good experience. Check-in process was easy and fast, I loved the free parking, and the hotel was in a good area near main attractions and restaurants. They have a very strict check-out time policy, where they don’t even offer a 30-minute grace period. You have to pay for a late check-out fee, even if it’s only for a few minutes. The complimentary breakfast was okay. The staff members were nice."

"The staff were all polite and helpful. Check in was easy. We ate at the restaurant which had only one server which made getting served long. The food we ordered surprised us in the good quality. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We used the airport shuttle which was very good"

"The rooms are very nice. They’re nicer than the Embassy Suites in Greensboro. The parking is great. I stayed on the first floor, and I noticed you can hear everything in the hallway, especially the housekeeping when they start yelling in the morning. There’s a space between the door and the floor. I don’t understand for that, but you can hear people talking the doors paper Thin I wouldn’t recommend staying on the first floor if you wanna sleep."
