"The room was spacious, with an ok bed and a nice sauna. However, the room was not what was promised, and the staff wasn't there at all. First of all, we should have had a double bed and a sofa-bed, but only had two single-person beds. Then, the promised lake view wasn't really a lake view: it was a view across the yard with the lake in the background. The balcony table was so dirty the paper towel I used to wipe it turned black. "Very disappointing. Hotel deceptive on booking site as many facilities offered were not available. Definitely not ‘Nature’ Hotel. Hotel old building on busy road being renovated and was not finished. Rooms small and hot. Reception was 1k away. No staff on site except breakfast cook who could not speak English. Breakfast on first day was preprepared. Nowhere to leave bags after checkout. Towels thin and old. No bedside lamps, no kettle, no onsite cafe. However staff at reception were helpful and made numerous trips to hotel to solve problems, and Finnish cook on site did his best as well.staff went above and beyond their roles to try to make stay pleasant despite problems. Definitely not what was advertised on Hotels.com. And not worth the money. "
