"Pretty standard hotel room with nothing to complain about. Breakfast buffet had plenty of selections. Unfortunately the rooftop bar is closed on a Sunday, the day we were there. Property can get pretty busy and we noted long queues at check in several times. Location is excellent for public transport (trains, including airport train & trams)."

"This hotel was very nice to stay at. Breakfast was great, bed was comfortable and staff were helpful and friendly. I didn’t like the self check in. It wasn’t clear to me that there was an area to the other side of the conference check in desk that there were staff available to check you into the hotel."

"The property was okay ,clean ,staff were nice and helpful but I think you should have aBell Boy to help with the luggages especially with Seniors that stayed longer.I observed most people stayed there for only 1 - 2 nights for meetings / Conference and has only I or 2 small luggages,what about others that has more luggages ? Check out our daughter has to go downstairs to get luggage trolley so we can put all our luggages at one time In addition, our room was comforble except no drawers to put our stuff . Drawers were located so high up that you need a stool to get your things if you decide to put away your things."

"Great location right next to the Central train station. Spacious and comfortable room. Very clean and well maintained. Professional and polite staff. Only concern is lacking of a shower curtain even the curtain track is in place. A very narrow glass panel is useless in blocking the water. The bathroom is flooded after a short shower. This could be a safety issue when people step out of the bathtub. ."

"This was a solid but not wonderful stay. The room was very typical european in that it was small and cramped and the shower was tiny. That wasn't a huge issue, though because that is what's expected in Europe. My bigger gripe was that I got my period one of the nights and bled on the sheets and they didn't get changed. They just made the bed over the stain, which was kind of icky. Also the toilet lid would always fall on us while we were using the toilet and it didn't like to stay up. Thankfully we weren't men trying to stand and use it, but it was annoying for us at least. All that being said, the front desk staff was wonderful and helpful. I even saw one of the staff members helping some women book a bus ticket on their phone, which is definitely above and beyond. And overall the hotel did what it needed to do for us. It was comfortable and safe, so no major complaints."
