"The absolute BEST staff in the world! Everyone was so kind and friendly. They were always making sure we had everything we needed. They went above and beyond to make our stay magical. The food was delicious, the room qas cmean and comfortable, the beach was amazing, and the spa was relaxing. "The resort and service are truly 5-star in every way! Our suite was nestled in the top of a rainforest - with minkeys coming over to our infinity pool for a visit! The suite itself was large, beautiful and very tastefully decorated. The amenities are superb. The staff is excellent- they note your preferences and keep them in mind. Their restaurant service is based on attention to detail - Gusnadi and his team are wonderful. Thank you, team - we will visit again! "
