"The Conrad is a gem of a resort - we had the most amazing time and everyone was so beautiful. Notifying the staff ahead of time with dietary restrictions/allergies meant that they were able to cater for me with no issues at all. Pool was fantastic and super easy transport to and from the airport. The only grumble from me was the wedding festivities going on directly outside of our ground floor room - which was totally fine - to a point. We didn’t appreciate the thumping bass music vibrating our windows until 1am or so… it’s not a big deal but you really should consider other paying guests that are there to rest and relax (especially ones with young children). Apart from that, highly recommend Conrad and we will be back for sure! "

There are plenty of facilities for adults and kids to enjoy and the kids club is great for parents to have meeee time. We love the buffet breakfast very much. "Pool area with swim up bar is fabulous and the pool is huge which is a bonus. Rooms were very clean & hotel gardens were lovely and well maintained. All staff were very friendly and happy to help. Large variety of restaurants outside the hotel & it’s a good walk along the pathway on the beachside behind the hotel. Will definitely stay here again & recommend to friends. "

"Wow—what an excellent stay. Check-in was smooth and effortless. Our room (3109) was outstanding: incredibly spacious, with a walk-in closet, a beautiful bathroom, a large balcony, and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and we also attended the New Year’s Eve buffet, which was fantastic—plentiful, varied, and very well done. The property itself is beautiful. We spent time at the private pool, which was a highlight of our stay. The gym was well equipped, though it did get quite busy at times with all equipment in use. The café was also excellent, with a cool vibe and stylish design. While the main lobby is very well designed and has a boutique feel, it lacked air conditioning, making it quite hot with no real place to escape the heat while waiting. The hotel is well located in Seminyak and close to the beach, which was very convenient. One small suggestion would be the addition of an adults-only pool, as the private pool was accessible to everyone. A special mention to the team for the thoughtful touches: on our last night, they surprised us with a passport holder gift, which was a lovely gesture. I also celebrated my birthday during our stay, and they provided a delicious birthday cake that made it extra special. Overall, an amazing stay—we would absolutely return."
