"This was an amazing stay. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure me and my friend were well looked after. We got some great food recommendations and they were so helpful in organising tours and tuk tuks. Unfortunately my friend fell ill whilst we were there and the staff were so kind and caring. "The hotel clearly needs improvement- the bathroom is not a bathroom. The shower is old and impossible to manage, the door doesnt close and the TV doesnt work. When you are on vacation what you want is something that eases your experience.
We left the hotel the next day and didnt ask for a refund. We booked 4 nights.
